Dog Friendly Cottages in Devon at The Old Shippon

dog

As one of the most pet friendly holiday cottages in Devon, The Old Shippon has its own private entrance and large secure dog friendly garden.
Close by, our doggy guests and their owners also enjoy the benefit of 23 acres of private woodland which is securely fenced and you can walk without disturbance, just enjoying the many species of birds and butterflies you will encounter. This woodland adjoins the Dunsdon National Nature Reserve and is a haven for rare flora and fauna.

For your dog’s comfort we provide a dog pack, which includes:
Dog Bed
Dog Bowls
Dog Crate (Large)
Towels
Sofa Throws
Bucket & Brush for Washing

We accept two dogs and make an additional charge of £25.00 per dog, payable at time of booking. We only ask that dogs are kept of the furniture and beds (but have provided sofa throws, because we know what they can be like). We are happy for dogs to be left in the cottage, provided they are happy to be left and are in the secure indoor kennel we provide as part of the dog pack
