Quarry Pods at Dunsdon Farm offer the ability to enjoy camping all year round, for winter camping in Devon, just turn up, un-roll your bed and you’re ready for the great outdoors.

The Quarry Pod site is open all year round (excluding Christmas and New Year). Each Pod has lighting, is fully insulated and heated, and being of a solid timber construction, quiet ! So no matter what the weather, you’re sure of a good night’s sleep.

Winter camping in the UK is quite a new phenomenon, unlike the USA or many of the Scandinavian countries where seasoned campers venture out all year round. But even during the harshest of British winters you can be sure that our camping pods and facilities will make your winter camping stay in the West Country, comfortable!!

Additional facilities like our under cover communal area, covered barbecue and private washroom for every pod, are ways we have tried to prepare for anything the British weather can throw at you, Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter.

Unlike yurts or Tipi’s, the solid and insulated structure of our camping pods, mean they’ll be warm and quiet all year round.
